InDesign lowers the resolution of all the objects on the screen in order to reduce lag when you change or scroll your document. If you would like to change the resolution of the view, in the menus, choose one of the following:
InDesign's display settings have nothing to do with printing. Your document will still print at a high resolution even if you choose "Optimized Display".
