Text Wrapping in InDesign

If you would like text to wrap around a frame, just apply a text wrap to the picture.

1. Select the arrow tool .
2. Select the frame(s) you would like to apply a text wrap to.
3. Click on the Text Wrap palette.
4. Choose one of the four types of text wrap:
• No text wrap
• Wrap around bounding box
• Wrap around object shape
  For pictures, you have other options here:
  
  • Contour Type
  • Bounding Box
  • Detect Edges
  • Alpha Channel
  • Photoshop Path
  • Graphic Frame
  • Same As Clipping
  • Include Inside Edges
• Jump object
• Jump to next column
